Orbbec recently celebrated the delivery of its first batch of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) to Mita Robotics at its factory in Dongguan. This event marks a significant milestone in Orbbec’s OEM robot production capabilities.

Orbbec’s OEM services aim to provide specialized manufacturing support for industry clients, driving value and promoting intelligent manufacturing. The company’s technical team includes experts in module packaging, machine assembly, robot process design, test program development, electromechanical equipment, fixture development, and tool development. Team members include mechanical and software engineers, fitters, electricians, and commissioning personnel, all with extensive experience in complete machine and camera module work.
Orbbec is currently building an advanced smart manufacturing base in Shunde, Foshan, known as the Shunde Intelligent Manufacturing Base. This facility, supported by Research & Design from Orbbec’s Shenzhen headquarters, will feature top-tier quality control, automated assembly systems, debugging, contract manufacturing, and supply chain integration capabilities.

Orbbec’s quality management platform monitors every phase of production, from development to after-sales service, ensuring product quality at every step. The company independently develops production equipment, manufacturing processes, test tools, and core technologies like calibration and self-calibration.
Since its establishment, Orbbec has become a leader in 3D vision sensing and AI vision technology, producing over one million units by 2018 and expanding operations with factories in Dongguan and Shunde.
