SHENZHEN, August 28, 2025 – Orbbec announced that its cutting-edge Gemini 330 series 3D depth cameras are being integrated with the newly launched NVIDIA Jetson Thor- Ultimate Platform for Physical AI and Robotics. Following adaptation, Orbbec’s stereo vision cameras will be able to send sensor data to Jetson Thor enabling the rich sensor data streams essential for real-time physical AI applications including humanoid robotics. This compatibility positions Orbbec as a key enabler for the millions of robotic developers who will leverage Jetson Thor’s unprecedented AI compute capabilities for complex visual reasoning tasks at the edge.

As an NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Preferred Partner, Orbbec has established a strong foundation of NVIDIA technology, integrating its 3D camera technologies into the NVIDIA robotics ecosystem to advance real-time perception. This initiative has encompassed integration of Orbbec’s Gemini 330 Series stereo vision cameras with NVIDIA Isaac libraries and AI models for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) built on GPU-accelerated NVIDIA Isaac ROS. Previous joint initiatives include the launch of the Persee N1 camera-computer kit built on the NVIDIA Jetson platform and Femto Mega cameras that uses NVIDIA Jetson platform to provide comprehensive depth and RGB data with real-time streaming. This established collaborative foundation ensures seamless integration and optimized performance as developers transition to the more powerful NVIDIA Jetson Thor architecture.
